Welcome to Mirochna Family Medicine

I am Michael Mirochna, MD.  I am a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician working under Porter Physician Services, LLC in Valparaiso, IN.  I have two clinics in town, Vale Park Primary Care and Lake Porter Primary Care.

I welcome patients of all ages in my clinic.  I enjoy preventive medicine, physicals, chronic disease management, lifestyle education, sports medicine, concussion management and nursing home care.

My training started with an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champain.  I went to medical school at The Chicago Medical School.  I did an internship in Family Medicine at The Mayo Clinic- Arizona in Scottsdale and finished residency in Indianapolis at St. Vincent Hospital.
